Your order will be processed in [5-7] working days once the order is placed. Delivery time commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. 

Deliveries by our courier provider to your address might take 2-5 business days. While we aim to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery. 

Your deliveries will be made through our designated courier providers, and you will be notified of the courier upon dispatch of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [5-7] working days of the date of your order. Working days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

Shipping charges are based on merchandise total weight or volumetric weight. It will be stated on the product item page unless the item is under free delivery.

Once you have indicated your address and you have received confirmation of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted.

Once the items are received, please kindly check the items. If they are not in a good condition, please contact us and send us a picture as proof immediately. We shall investigate whether the damage is due to our side of the courier services.

We shall not be liable for anything that happened during the delivery such as items lost or damaged due to the negligence of the courier services. However, we shall do our best to deal with the courier services on behalf of our customers.
